Red Lake Masazir in Azerbaijan Part 2

The area is 30 minutes outside of the central Baku, but it is a bit isolated, so is not very easily accecible. Usually, the travelers face problems, if they don’t go by their own vehicle. Starting from the metro station Memar Ajemi you can take the bus number 225 that leads to the village of Masazir. From there it’s a more than 2km unshaded walk to the lake. You can walk or take a super cheap taxi to get there. If you don’t tolerate the hit, I highly recommend you to get there by car.

Do I suggest you to go by autostop?

It is up to you! For us seemed to be the ideal option. If hitchhiking is not your thing, then use the means of public transportation, take a taxi, which is quite cheap or depending on your budget you can rent your vehicle.
